These Terms of Service govern your use of the Icevana website and any purchase you make from Icevana. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using our site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or interfere with it.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products, finishes and measurements accurately, but screens vary and hand-finished pieces can differ slightly from photos. Stone sizes and carat weights are stated as accurately as possible and may vary slightly. Our chains and bracelets are plated brass, and our stud earrings are plated S925 sterling silver; all stones are VVS1 moissanite. Prices are shown in US dollars unless you select another display currency, in which case the converted amount is an estimate and you are charged in US dollars.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we ship your items or, for custom and private-label pieces, when production begins. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, availability or errors in product information.

Payment

Card and installment options are offered at checkout when available. We also accept bank transfer and, where available, cash on delivery. Any installment option is subject to the provider's approval and terms. Payment must be received before an order ships, except for cash on delivery orders.

Custom and private-label orders

Custom and private-label pieces require your approval of the design or prototype, and agreement on payment terms, before production begins. Because they are made to your specification, they cannot be cancelled once production starts and are not eligible for return, but they are covered by our Quality Promise against manufacturing defects. You confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos or images you provide for a custom or private-label piece.

Shipping, returns and quality

Shipping, returns and our quality commitment are described in our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Quality Promise pages, which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text, logos and graphics, belongs to Icevana or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

When you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our business. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive or unlawful content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icevana is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
