Secure checkout

Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection. Your card number goes directly to the payment processor and never touches our servers. Some cards may ask you to verify the payment with your bank (3D Secure) for extra protection.

Paying by bank transfer

Choose Bank Transfer at checkout and you will see our bank details on your order confirmation. Use your order number as the payment reference. We reserve your items while we wait for your transfer, and your order ships as soon as the payment clears.

Cash on delivery

Where available, you can pay when your order is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers cannot always provide change. Cash on delivery is not available for custom or private-label orders.

Custom and private-label orders

Payment terms for custom and private-label work are agreed with your quote, before production begins.

Currency

All orders are charged in US dollars. If you browse in another currency, the prices you see are estimates based on current exchange rates; your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Payment declined?

If your payment is declined, double-check your billing address and card details, or try another method. Many banks flag first-time jewelry purchases as unusual activity, and a quick call to your bank usually resolves it. Our team is happy to help if you get stuck; just contact us.
